The service

Tinky uses AI to estimate a dog's breed from a photo and provides related descriptions and trait information. The app is provided free of charge and supported by advertising.

Accuracy disclaimer

Breed identification is an estimate for informational and entertainment purposes only. It may be inaccurate, especially for mixed-breed dogs, and is not a substitute for professional veterinary, breeder, or genetic advice. Do not rely on results for medical, breeding, or legal decisions.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and only with photos you have the right to use.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service or its advertising.

Intellectual property

The app, its branding, and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Illustrative breed photos are provided via Unsplash and remain the property of their respective photographers.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
